University of Michigan:

Transcription has the power to benefit anyone, from individuals to entire corporations. The process takes video or audio files and creates word documents of the recorded conversations.

Cybervation worked with the University of Michigan to transcribe documents from various research studies the university conducted that required interviews or recorded conversations.

Transcription can be done for medical documents, legal documents, business interviews, and so on - the outlets are endless. Companies outsourcing the task of transcription also proves cheaper due to the fact that paying another company for transcription would cost less than staffing part or full time transcriptionists in need of a yearly salary from your company. Transcription is also highly beneficial because of the value of written documentation of important and necessary conversations, especially in the research space. Cybervation worked with the University of Michigan to transcribe documents from various research studies the university conducted that required interviews or recorded conversations.
